Helicoid Flight

HelicoId flightsare available in Carbon steel or Stainless steel with special wear resistance coating. They are made for standard sizes or can also be customized. They can also be chosen as LH or RH pitch.

Helicoid screws are manufactured by mounting helicoid flighting on a center pipe and fastening by intermittent welds. Continuous welding on the carrying side or both sides is also available. Internal collars are inserted in each end and plug welded to accommodate shafts. Screws are structurally reinforced at the ends by end lugs.
